It also provides stakeholders with real-time information as to the status of tasks. This enables us to monitor the timeliness and quality of work to efficiently meet client SLAs and proactively manage resourcing needs.

Importantly, it embeds auditability and process controls over our delivery. This seamlessly allows us to make data-driven decisions within and across our global teams.
