Operational due diligence 

Our operational due diligence (ODD) report services provide an independent review of a fund manager’s operations. With over 15 years of experience conducting ODD reviews of private equity, real estate, credit, liquid hedge funds, UCITS, cryptocurrency and fund of fund strategies, we provide detailed written ODD reports that identify areas of strength and weakness within an organisation.

Our experienced team of operational due diligence professionals follow the established “Trust but Verify” model for requests, and review over 60+ documents as part of each operational due diligence.  Each review utilises proprietary due diligence software that checks against established ODD best practice standards and tailors the ODD report to the asset class and investment strategy. Reviews can be conducted in-person or via virtual onsite visits.
