Rachel Aldridge

Rachel Aldridge leads our Regulatory and Compliance Solutions team in the UK. She’s responsible for our regulatory hosting platform where we offer appointed representative and hosted AIFM and MiFID services, as well as our UK compliance consulting business. Rachel has over 30 years’ experience in financial services. Before joining IQ-EQ in 2021, she spent eight years as Global COO of a UK-headquartered compliance consulting business, and prior to that worked in investment banking and management consulting. Rachel has deep sector expertise in the alternatives space covering hedge funds, private equity and real estate funds, and has an extended network with other service providers to the funds sector including lawyers and accountants. She is currently approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as SMF 1, SMF 3 and SMF 27, as well as being a company director registered with Companies House.
