IQ Minutes is an agentic AI solution designed to revolutionise how IQ-EQ creates, manages, and leverages information from board meetings that we schedule and document. This initiative addresses the significant operational burden caused by the manual, time-consuming process of minute-taking, a task that currently diverts skilled personnel to administrative tasks.

By deploying an intelligent, AI-powered platform, we not only aim to reclaim this lost productivity but also to transform our meeting records from static documents into a secure, searchable, and insightful corporate knowledge base. The project’s immediate goal is to streamline the corporate secretarial workflow for board meetings, with a  long-term vision to scale this capability across the entire organisation.

The platform ingests a variety of inputs, including pre-meeting board packs, MS Teams audio recordings, analogue recordings, meeting transcripts and agenda-based information,to automatically generate accurate, well-structured, and client-branded draft minutes. This AI-driven process is the first step in a workflow designed for both efficiency and control.
