G10 Capital Limited (“G10”) is part of IQ-EQ and is one of the leading third-party investment management entities in the United Kingdom offering regulatory hosting services.

G10 is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom (FRN 648953). G10 is a UK full-scope alternative investment fund manager (“AIFM”) with MiFID top-up permissions as a collective portfolio management investment firm (“CPMI”).

G10 is also a Registered Investment Adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (CRD: 269881).

G10 has an established track record (for close to a decade) of providing AIFM services and MiFID Investment Management services to underlying products investing across a broad range of alternative asset classes, for the benefit of institutional clients including individual professional investors, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and multi-manager platforms.

G10 has experience with managing products investing across the following alternative asset classes:

G10 is able to use its regulatory licenses to provide a number of services including:

• Act as AIFM to private/unlisted AIFs and publicly listed AIFs
  • Jurisdiction coverage (AIF domicile) includes: UK, U.S., Cayman Islands, Jersey
• Act as Delegated Portfolio Manager to AIFs (as appointed by an EU/EEA AIFM)
  • Jurisdiction coverage (AIF domicile) includes: Ireland, Luxembourg
• Act as Investment Manager to UCITS (as delegated by a UCITS Manco or UCITS ACD)
  • Jurisdiction coverage (UCITS domicile) includes: UK, Ireland

• Act as Investment Manager to segregated managed accounts / ‘fund of one’ structures.
  • Jurisdiction coverage (SMA/’fund of one’ domicile) includes: UK, USA, Cayman Islands

G10 has established relationships with 56 brokers (as at March 2025). It has built up a resilient infrastructure to enable effective transaction reporting and data collection and reporting.

It has a well-established governance model including the investment committee and valuation committee (for illiquid investments), and monitoring and oversight of its secondees (for liquid investments).
