As a director of our Private Wealth division in Jersey, Janice Callander leads a team servicing significant single-family offices as well as various ultra-high-net-worth individuals and serial entrepreneurs seeking corporate and regulatory compliance solutions or wishing to establish private or charitable trusts and foundations as part of their estate planning. Janice is exceptionally well versed in the complexities of international asset protection and administration, with her own family having had interests in a variety of civil and common law jurisdictions. An International Compliance Association and Institute of Chartered Secretaries Association qualified law graduate, Janice’s technical ability and experience as a practitioner assists her in supporting ultra-wealthy families juggling stewardship of their existing assets with the demands of an ongoing entrepreneurial journey among the wider family.
