Caroline Bagshaw

Caroline Bagshaw is IQ-EQ’s Group Chief People Officer, based in London.

Caroline is responsible primarily for developing and implementing the Group’s people agenda in line with overall business strategy, ensuring the HR function puts both ‘IQ’ and ‘EQ’ into action.

Professional – Personal

Caroline’s HR career spans over 30 years across a diverse range of industry sectors, including technology, pharma and financial services. She has over 18 years’ experience in regional and global HR leadership roles, working with HR and senior leadership teams across Europe, the US, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, with five years spent on international assignments in Dubai and Singapore.

Before joining IQ-EQ, Caroline was the interim Head of People at Monese, an app-based banking alternative. Prior to that, she spent six years with Mastercard as Executive Vice President, HR, International, where she led a worldwide team of 120 HR professionals, developed Mastercard’s people agenda and drove its execution across all markets outside of the US. She has also previously held senior HR roles with Standard Chartered and GlaxoSmithKline.

Outside of work, Caroline unwinds by walking her two dogs and catching up on her favourite TV shows, especially thrillers and crime dramas. She has a passion for visiting antique and motoring memorabilia shows and loves spending weekends away across the UK in her motor home – when the weather is good!
