We’re delighted to announce the promotion of Jodi Langlois to Head of Private Wealth for Guernsey. Jodi joined IQ-EQ in 2024 as a Client Services Director, having previously held an equivalent position with Vistra and, before that, Equiom Group. No stranger to IQ-EQ, Jodi had also spent five years at the start of her career working for Mercator, which later became part of our Guernsey business. This appointment reflects her outstanding contribution to the business and her deep expertise in the private wealth sector.
With over 20 years of experience in trust and fiduciary services, Jodi has built a reputation for delivering exceptional client service and driving strategic initiatives. During her time at IQ-EQ, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening governance frameworks, leading complex remediation projects and supporting the integration of enhanced compliance standards across the business.

As Jodi steps into this role, we also say goodbye to Tonia Leigh Morgan, who previously served as Head of Private Wealth for Guernsey. Tonia leaves IQ-EQ after an incredible 22-year career, also with early beginnings at Mercator alongside Jodi, during which she had a significant impact on the business and our clients. We thank Tonia for her dedication and wish her all the best for the future.
