We’re pleased to announce that IQ-EQ has been shortlisted for ‘Best Employee Development Programme’ in the 2023 Irish News Workplace & Employment Awards.
The awards recognise exceptional companies and organisations focused on their people by rewarding excellence in the workplace. Now in their 15th year, they have evolved into one of the country’s most prestigious business initiatives.
IQ-EQ has been named a finalist for the ‘Best Employee Development Programme’, which celebrates organisations that ensure their employees are constantly learning and honing their skills. IQ-EQ’s internal learning and development programme ‘Ascent’ was the focus of the submission, which provides creative, bespoke and engaging courses tailored to suit our people, their different career stages and long-term career aspirations.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony at Titanic, Belfast, on 8 June.
