IQ-EQ, an Astorg portfolio company and global investor services group, has today announced the full rebrand of securitisation specialist Zenith Global to IQ-EQ in Italy, completing the brand transition following the acquisition announced in November 2025 and completed in May 2026.
From today, the business will operate solely under the IQ-EQ name across all client, colleague and market touchpoints. This marks the second and final phase of Zenith’s transition to the IQ-EQ brand, following its interim positioning as “Zenith Global, part of IQ-EQ”.
IQ-EQ in Italy:
- Comprises 200+ employees across offices in Milan and Rome
- Specialises in solutions for securitisation and structured finance transactions
- Delivers a comprehensive suite of services including SPV and corporate servicing, portfolio servicing, regulatory services, and structuring
- Holds specialist expertise in real estate securitisation and has been a pioneer in this space, having supported the first and largest transactions in the Italian market
- Offers proprietary technology built specifically to support the securitisation and master servicing market
Day-to-day management of the Italian business will continue to be led by Umberto Rasori, Managing Director, Italy, who is part of IQ-EQ’s EMEA senior leadership team led by John Legrand, Deputy Group CEO and Regional CEO, EMEA.
