IQ-EQ Guernsey three shortlisted in the 2023 Citywealth Powerwomen Awards

We’re delighted to announce that three members of our talented Guernsey team have been shortlisted in the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards 2023.

The Powerwomen Awards highlight female leaders of today and tomorrow by recognising their success and celebrating diversity across the wealth sector.

Our first nomination is for Julie Coutu, Director for Private Wealth in Guernsey, who has been shortlisted for ‘Woman of the Year – Leadership – Financial Organisation (Director)’. Julie is a seasoned practitioner, with over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, spanning both the banking and fiduciary sectors. In her role, she provides close team and client management support to ensure excellent quality of service, consistency and support for IQ-EQ’s organic growth objectives.

Chloe Hubert has been nominated for ‘Woman of the Year – Rising Star’. Chloe joined IQ-EQ Guernsey in 2006 as a trainee and, after a series of promotions, is now Senior Manager, Private Wealth.

The nomination for ‘Woman of the Year – Future Leaders – Senior Associate/SVP – IFC’ goes to Gwenllian Le Blond, Manager for Corporate in Guernsey. Since joining IQ-EQ in 2021, Gwen has placed strong focus on team culture and optimising existing procedures to ensure the very best service for clients. Outside of work, Gwen is a founding member of the Guernsey Women’s Collective, which champions women’s rights locally.
