IQ-EQ is pleased to announce the hire of Alex Dean as the Group’s first Head of Private Wealth, UK.
As a seasoned Private Wealth professional, Alex has significant senior-level experience and expertise working with HNW and UHNW private clients and their advisors. Prior to joining IQ-EQ, Alex was Director at a private bank in London, where he was responsible for driving the development of their UK private banking client base. He was also Client Director at an established UK private investment management company.
Alex has over 23 years’ experience within wealth management, banking and business development in both UK and international markets. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, a BSc (Hons) in Property Development and Asset Management from the University of Salford and a Diploma in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
As IQ-EQ Head of Private Wealth, UK, Alex will lead the overall commercial development and execution of the segment with a particular focus on London. Together with members of IQ-EQ’s Private Wealth senior leadership team, Alex will focus on the strategic growth of the Group’s client base, specifically UK (U)HNWs and their family offices.
