We’re proud to announce that IQ-EQ has achieved ISO 42001 certification, the global benchmark for responsible and trustworthy AI management systems. We’re among the first in our sector to achieve this accreditation, reflecting our commitment to innovation, transparency and the safe adoption of AI across our global operations.
This certification marks an important milestone for the Group, further strengthening our technology governance framework and advancing our long-term digital and operational strategy.
ISO 42001 now becomes the third International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) certification achieved by IQ-EQ, following ISO 27001 for information security and ISO 20000 for IT service management. Together, these certifications reinforce our position as a technology-driven investor services provider with a strong and future-ready operational foundation.
The programme has been led by our Chief Information Officer for Global Technology Operations, Alexandre Pieyre. He commented:
