We’re proud to announce that IQ-EQ has been awarded the Diversity Mark Silver accreditation across our UK and Ireland business, marking a major milestone in our ongoing commitment to building an inclusive workplace.
This achievement builds on our earlier success in Northern Ireland, where we previously held Bronze accreditation. Expanding this recognition across the wider UK and Ireland reflects the significant progress we have made in embedding diversity, equity and inclusion into our culture, leadership and ways of working.
Over the past several years, we have taken a structured and data-driven approach to improving representation, strengthening inclusive leadership and creating meaningful opportunities for all colleagues to thrive. This has included targeted initiatives, enhanced training programmes and a continued focus on accountability at all levels of the organisation.
Achieving Silver accreditation recognises the impact of this work and the collective efforts of our people across the region.
Christine White, Director at Diversity Mark commented:
“Congratulations to IQ-EQ on achieving the Silver Diversity Mark accreditation. This milestone recognises their ongoing commitment to embedding diversity, inclusion and belonging in everyday culture. This is more than an accreditation – it reflects meaningful, measurable progress and demonstrates to employees, clients, and stakeholders their commitment to building an inclusive workplace for all.”
Diversity Mark is the independent accrediting body for workplace diversity and inclusion, providing organisations with expert guidance and a robust framework to drive sustainable change. Its accreditations are independently assessed, ensuring they are both credible and impactful.
For IQ-EQ, this milestone is not an end point, but an important step in our journey. We remain committed to continuing to evolve our approach, with a focus on further strengthening representation, enhancing inclusion and ensuring our workplace reflects the diverse communities we serve.
