IQ-EQ is pleased to announce the rebranding of Agama, a market-leading regulatory compliance firm based in France and Luxembourg.
The Agama team provides regulatory compliance, internal control and operations services to asset managers and funds across private equity, real estate and other asset classes. As IQ-EQ, clients can expect the same great service they’ve enjoyed previously but now delivered by one fully integrated IQ-EQ team with even more resources at their disposal.
Our acquisition of Agama in February 2025 gave us our first regulatory compliance presence in continental Europe and marked a significant milestone in our longer-term strategy to establish IQ-EQ as a regulatory compliance leader globally.
