The SEC ESG Risk Alert and its implications for US alternative asset managers – Session 2

We’re delighted to have recently launched our ESG virtual masterclass series for asset managers, corporates and family offices. Each episode will feature industry experts covering a range of topics relating to ESG strategy, risk management, reporting and monitoring.

Our fourth episode on The SEC ESG Risk Alert and its implications for US alternative asset managers will be led by Carl Seiler,  U.S. Funds General Counsel and Senior Managing Director in the Regulatory Compliance Group, Blue River part of IQ-EQ.  Carl will summarise the key findings of the Risk Alert, including focus areas and observations of deficiencies and internal control weaknesses. He will also look at the practical aspects in terms of what an alternative asset manager must do with regard to ESG investing.
