Susan Kil-Hershey is a Client Relationship Director at IQ-EQ, based in Amsterdam, with over two decades of experience in financial services and civic leadership. She specialises in asset servicing and has built trusted relationships with institutional investors including asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, banks and non-profits. Since joining IQ-EQ in 2021, Susan has led client onboarding and contracting and now oversees cross-jurisdictional relationships, contributing to the firm’s growth among alternative investment funds and asset owners. Prior to IQ-EQ, she held senior roles at ABN AMRO and BNY Mellon, focusing on financial institutions across the EMEA region.
