Serge Krancenblum is IQ-EQ’s Chairman.
Serge chairs IQ-EQ’s Group Supervisory Board and leads IQ-EQ’s M&A strategy.
He is also responsible for the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. His main purpose is to leave as a legacy, a sustainable global firm that creates value and has a positive impact on the community.

From founding SGG Group to building a leading global investor services firm and creating IQ-EQ, Serge has brought together the rare combination of global expertise with a deep understanding of the needs our clients.
Serge studied his Masters in Finance at the ESLSCA Business School in Paris and has a MBA from the University of Connecticut, School of Business. He is a native French speaker and fluent English speaker.
Throughout his career, Serge has developed and managed cross-border solutions for multinational corporations, institutional investors and entrepreneurial families. He also sits as an independent director on the boards of several real estate and private equity funds, as well as on those of selected listed and private companies.
He is the Chairman of the Investment Facilitation Forum, a platform for enterprises and organisations involved in investment facilitation at a global level. Member companies assist investors in the management and proper administration of their cross-border investments.
He is also Honorary Chairman of the Luxembourg Alternative Administrators Association (L3A) and Honorary Chairman of the Luxembourg Association of Family Offices (LAFO).
He is recognised for his leadership throughout the financial services industry, and is frequently invited to speak at local, national and international events.
In 2018, Serge was voted 'European Personality of Year' by Funds Europe. The award recognises personal and company achievements within the European funds community.
Serge practices martial arts for overall health, wellness and a positive way of life. It also complements his belief in dedication, perseverance, discipline and respect. He enjoys contemporary art, which reflects his interest in social and cultural history, and takes a keen interest in geo-politics and the impact international relations has on people and the communities in which they live and work.
