Sally Alayarian is IQ-EQ’s Group Chief Risk Officer, based in Amsterdam.

As a risk and compliance expert, Sally is responsible for overseeing the Group’s risk management and compliance frameworks and promoting a strong focus on risk conduct and culture.

Professional – Personal

With over 20 years of international management experience in financial services, Sally spent six years as Global Director of Risk Management and Internal Audit for TMF Group before joining IQ-EQ in 2022. She has also operated as an independent director advising boards and regulatory bodies on the optimisation and evolution of integrated risk and control frameworks, and has held executive positions in the banking sector.

In her free time, Sally enjoys running and hiking with her dog, cooking for friends and family, and is a very keen (but equally poor) golfer.
