Neil Synnott

Neil Synnott is Regional Chief Commercial Officer for APAC and plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the region’s commercial and segment strategy. His responsibilities include devising regional growth plans and go-to-market approaches, as well as cultivating a unified commercial and sales culture across Asia. In addition, Neil continues to serve as a key client relationship manager, overseeing a dedicated portfolio of real estate and private equity clients. Neil holds a wealth of financial sector experience including deep understanding of a diverse range of fund clients and asset classes. He joined IQ-EQ in 2017 and relocated from Luxembourg to Singapore in 2020. Beyond IQ-EQ, Neil serves on the executive committee of the Singapore Fund Administration Association, contributes to various committees of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA), and serves as a voting member of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV).
