Mirek Gruna

Mirek Gruna is Regional Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA and plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the region’s commercial and segment strategy. He leads on regional growth plans, strengthens go‑to‑market approaches and fosters a unified commercial and sales culture across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mirek also continues to support key client relationships, drawing on more than 20 years’ experience advising institutional and private investors on cross‑border governance and structuring. Before joining IQ‑EQ, he held senior leadership roles at international financial services firms, where he oversaw the expansion and delivery of corporate, fund and private wealth services across multiple jurisdictions. He’s a member of the International Compliance Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, holds two postgraduate Master of Laws degrees and an International Diploma in Compliance, and has recently completed a PhD in Comparative Law.
