Matt Okolita

Matt Okolita is IQ-EQ’s Regional CEO for the Americas, based in New York.

Matt holds responsibility for all activities across our U.S. and Caribbean businesses, heading up the regional leadership team and leading IQ-EQ’s ongoing expansion in the region.

Professional – Personal

Matt joined the Group as Global Head of Outsourced Business Services in 2021 following the acquisition of Greyline, a regulatory, compliance and governance consultancy, which he founded in 2016. He was appointed Regional CEO in 2023.

Matt has extensive SEC, FINRA and CFTC experience, having worked for and with premier hedge funds, private equity and venture capital firms, CLO and other debt managers, business development companies and mutual fund managers in both legal and compliance roles. Matt’s background includes undertaking a variety of legal and compliance functions, serving as counsel and chief compliance officer for startup managers, as well as international asset managers managing more than $30 billion.

Outside of work, Matt spends as much time as he can in the summer in Buzzards Bay, MA. He enjoys spending time with his young children, including fishing with his son Grayson and skiing with his daughter Ashleigh. Matt is an avid cook, reader and travel enthusiast.
