Joanna Macleod is a transformation executive with 20+ years as a COO in global public companies, including Dell and American Express as well as in substantial private equity backed businesses.

Joanna’s expertise is in leading and transforming large global service organisations to deliver exceptional customer experience. She has experience in a range of industries including telecommunications, technology, travel, and business services.

Joanna has led diverse international operations organisations of 20,000+ people, brings a broad-based perspective and independent thinking, and credibly challenges the status quo. She develops innovative strategies and improved operating models that deliver sustainable value, with deep expertise in building organisational capability, developing leadership strategy and culture change.
