Chris Robinson

Chris Robinson is IQ-EQ’s Group Chief Technology Officer, based in London.

Chris is responsible for the development and overall leadership of IQ-EQ’s Group Technology team.  

Professional – Personal

Chris is a highly commended industry leader with over 20 years of experience in senior technology and information management roles. Prior to joining IQ-EQ in 2018, Chris served as Group Chief Information Officer at International Personal Finance Plc, Chief Technology Officer at American Express, and the Global Head of Technology Innovation at KPMG Global Services – through which he has acquired extensive knowledge of advanced information technologies, IT strategy and operations management.  

Chris has also previously been Chief Information Officer for Asia Pacific at KPMG International, Chief Operations Officer EMEA for AECOM, and Chief Information Officer at Prologis. Over the years, his work has led him to roles based in Amsterdam, Dubai, Melbourne, Singapore, New York and Washington DC, as well as London where he currently resides.  

Chris has a Master of Science in Networked Information Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Durham University. He is also qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and a Member of the Chartered Institute for IT (MBCS).  

Outside of IQ-EQ, Chris is an ambassador and fundraises for Opportunity International, which provides micro-finance to start-ups in Africa and India. He is also Vice President for International Justice Mission (IJM), the largest anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking organisation in the world, based out of Washington DC. He spent a year with them on-site and still acts as an advisor.
