Pride month is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the importance of diversity and so our Group Management Team dedicated time during their most recent meeting to decorate our London office reception area with the New Progress Pride flag, which emphasises inclusion and progression.
Of course, this isn’t just about putting up flags. It’s part of a much broader effort to recognise and include all of our people. We’re therefore taking this opportunity to announce the launch of a new global LGBTQ+ Employee Led Network (ELN).
This network will provide support, connect activities already underway in many of our offices and build a greater sense of community. It’s part of a series of initiatives to put people front and centre of everything we do.
