The Sunday Times Best Places to Work ranking is well recognised and respected in the UK, especially given its association with the highly reputable Sunday Times. The submission process is uniquely employee-led, based entirely on a comprehensive 31-question survey, ensuring the voices of our people are front and centre of any recognition. The survey covered areas such as wellbeing, confidence in management, diversity, and reward and recognition, and our overall engagement score had to exceed 70% to be in with a chance of recognition.
We’re delighted to share that we achieved an outstanding 84% engagement score. This phenomenal result highlights our commitment to the pillars of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and our continuous efforts to foster a work environment where our employees can thrive.
The recognition notably comes at a time when staff attrition in our UK business is at an all-time low, with people-centric initiatives ranging from quarterly office awards to “Early Friday Finish” during the summer.
