We have been delighted with the results gleaned so far, which include considerable praise for the client-centricity, trustworthiness and professionalism of our teams as well as their technical and experience-based knowledge.
We’re also extremely proud of the strength and dedication that our client service teams have shown in the face of COVID-19, adapting quickly to home working and maintaining high service delivery standards since the very start of lockdown – a fact that has been highly praised by our clients.
Although this award specifically recognises our UK and European operations, we feel strongly that it reflects positively on all of our client teams across the globe, whose international collaboration is crucial to our continued success.
