IQ-EQ senior manager recognised for two private wealth accolades

IQ-EQ is proud to announce that Rhuaridh Watt has been named in eprivateclient’s Top 35 Under 35 and shortlisted for ‘Trustee of the Year – Manager’ in the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards for 2020.

This is the second consecutive year that Rhuaridh has been recognised in the eprivateclient ranking and been considered for the Citywealth award, which both aim to recognise and promote the rising talent within the global private wealth industry.

Eprivateclient’s prestigious Top 35 Under 35 ranking spans the UK and Crown Dependencies and Rhuaridh’s inclusion notably follows on from his recognition in the Channel Islands list earlier this year – which he has featured in consistently since the Channel Islands version launched three years ago.

Based in Guernsey, Rhuaridh manages a diverse portfolio of complex structures and over the past year, his exemplary technical knowledge and client management skills have seen him focus more on highly complex commercial transactions for private clients and family offices.

A well-liked and respected member of the office, Rhuaridh routinely goes above and beyond to achieve the very best results – whether that’s for a client or in training junior members of staff. In fact, he has developed and implemented a structured technical development programme for trainees; providing practical guidance on trust and company law, investments and accounts.

His stellar client service and private wealth expertise has seen him add value to a number of significant client relationships and culminated in a promotion to senior manager in October 2019.

Voting is now open to determine the winners of this year’s Future Leaders Awards. Results will be revealed at the awards ceremony on 11 November.
