Leading investor services group IQ-EQ is pleased to announce two senior additions to its Client Services team in Asia. Andréia Prates and Rachael Leung both join the business as client service directors.

IQ-EQ provides one of the most comprehensive service offerings to alternative investment managers globally. The group employs over 4,000 people worldwide and has been active in Asia for over 25 years, with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, the Philippines and Japan.

Andréia Prates joins IQ-EQ’s Singapore office as Director, Client Services. She brings with her over a decade of experience in engaging and servicing clients in the financial services industry, having previously worked for Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Brown Brothers Harriman covering Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. Andréia will be responsible for servicing the needs of IQ-EQ’s fund clients in Singapore.

Rachael Leung will take on the role of Director, Client Services with IQ-EQ Hong Kong. She, too, has over a decade of experience in the field of premium client services, in commercial real estate and corporate service management. Prior to joining IQ-EQ, Rachael oversaw holistic service delivery for the subsidiary of a prominent international fiduciary and corporate services provider. In her new role, her responsibilities will centre on servicing IQ-EQ’s Hong Kong and mainland China based clients.

IQ-EQ has additionally strengthened its senior client servicing team in Asia with the promotion of Connie Chan, who will take on the role of Client Service Director in Hong Kong.

The Client Servicing team reports to Neil Synnott, IQ-EQ’s Head of Client Services, APAC. Commenting on the expanded team, Neil said:

“I am very pleased to welcome Andréia and Rachael to the business – and to elevate Connie – as we strive to strengthen our client servicing team in order to support our growing client portfolio in Asia. The team will continue to expand in the coming months in line with high client demand for our services in the region.”
