IQ-EQ is pleased to announce the promotion of Stuart Neill to Head of Depositary for the UK. In this role, Stuart will drive the implementation of our strategic vision for IQ-EQ’s Depositary business in London and Belfast; a key tenet of our comprehensive UK offering to alternative fund managers. This appointment is subject to FCA approval.
Stuart joined IQ-EQ in 2012 and was previously Client Services Manager within our Funds division, where he was responsible for some of the UK team’s largest client mandates. Based in Belfast, he has also played a pivotal role in the growth of our Belfast office to its current size and strength.
Before joining IQ-EQ, Stuart was Senior Internal Auditor at a leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services across the UK and globally. He also spent over six years, including three years as a senior auditor, at a local boutique accounting firm.
Stuart is a chartered accountant and holds a Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
Commenting on his appointment, Stuart, said:

Stuart will report to IQ-EQ’s Head of UK Fund Operations & Client Operations, Eoghan Harney. Eoghan added:
