IQ-EQ has enjoyed solid representation in the eprivateclient Channel Islands Top 35 under 35 list since its launch in 2018, and this year is no different! We are pleased to share that three of our Jersey rising stars – Jenny Godel, Sarah-Jayne Vautier and Jack McLoughlin – have been named in the 2022 ranking.
The Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35 aims to identify, recognise and promote the rising talent of the private wealth industry across Jersey and Guernsey. Following a rigorous judging process of key criteria, including each individual’s career progression to date, professional achievements over the past 12 months, and their number and quality of nominations, three of IQ-EQ Jersey’s senior trust officers have made the grade.
For Jenny Godel, this is the second consecutive year she has been recognised. Jenny joined IQ-EQ in 2015, having begun her career with Seymour Trust Company in 2011, and delivers excellent client service in the administration of a variety of assets and structures. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Exeter and is a graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute.
Also included in the women’s Top 35 list for 2022 is Sarah-Jayne Vautier. Sarah is relatively new to IQ-EQ, having joined us in April 2022. Prior to joining the Group, she spent over seven years with Rawlinson & Hunter focused on trusts and accounting, initially as a trainee administrator before being promoted to senior administrator in April 2020.
Over on the men’s list is Jack McLoughlin, who joined the business as a junior trust administrator back in 2014. Jack has since enjoyed successive promotions, becoming a senior trust officer in July 2021. He holds the STEP Certificate in International Trust Management, which he achieved in 2016.
Notably, all of those included in the Channel Islands listing will also be considered for eprivateclient’s overarching Top 35 Under 35 for the UK and Crown Dependencies, which launches next month and will be published in September.
Congratulations to Jenny, Sarah and Jack!
