We’ve officially moved our Hyderabad operations into a striking new office at Phoenix Equinox, Gachibowli. The move marks one of the most significant milestones in the growth story of our Global Client Delivery (GCD) function in India and reflects the scale we’ve built over a relatively short space of time.
The new office is located in the centre of Hyderabad’s IT and financial services corridor, giving our growing Hyderabad team a base that matches its ambitions.
A significant step up in scale
The shift from the previous office represents a substantial upgrade across every measure of the workplace:
- The office space has grown from 19,000 sq. ft. to 69,000 sq. ft.
- Seating capacity has increased from 213 chairs to 867 chairs, nearly four times the previous capacity
- Workstations have expanded from 189 to 765
- Cafeteria seating has grown from 60 seats to 220 seats
The new space is designed for deep focus, open conversations and everything in between, giving employees the flexibility to work the way that suits them best.
Celebrating the milestone
We marked the move with a celebration that brought the whole Hyderabad team together. Employees performed their hearts out, enjoyed a team lunch and heard from leadership as part of a day filled with energy and pride.
Addressing the team, Lokesh Kanniappan, Head of Global Client Delivery, India, reflected:
