IQ-EQ is delighted to have been appointed by renowned British venture capitalist, Jon Moulton, as operating directors of his investment holding company, Moulton Goodies Limited.
Moulton Goodies Limited focuses on direct private equity and venture capital investments across a range of sectors and stages. Its direct investment portfolio consists of more than 80 companies.
Led by our Private Wealth team in Guernsey, IQ-EQ will provide a full suite of services to Moulton Goodies Limited including all accounting, administration, company secretarial and regulatory compliance requirements.
IQ-EQ is also providing services to the Jon Moulton Charity Trust, which funds non-commercial clinical trials across many areas of medicine.
