Real Deals and IQ-EQ host ILPA Principles 3.0 webinar


This summer, the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) released the third edition of its Private Equity Principles; guidelines designed to set best practice for the operation of fund partnerships in private equity.

The updated guidelines, known as the Principles 3.0, build upon previous versions, taking into consideration changing industry demands while continuing to asset that three guiding principles – alignment of interest, governance and transparency – form the essence of an effective PE partnership.
