We were delighted to have Nuala Murphy visit IQ-EQ Belfast this week to meet our leadership team and hand over the Bronze Mark for our continued commitment to gender diversity.
IQ-EQ Belfast was delighted to welcome Nuala Murphy to the office to present the Bronze Diversity Mark. This is our third year partnering with Diversity Mark Northern Ireland, with our primary focus being on gender.
At the start of our journey in 2020, we set targets for what we wanted to achieve in terms of gender representation across the senior levels of our team, as well as initiatives, training and activities we could undertake to drive inclusion. Reflecting on the last three years and seeing the data, we’re so proud of the results, which speak for themselves.
Now, it’s time to look ahead as we begin planning for the Silver award with a new focus on creating a more ethnically diverse and disability-aware workplace. Having the support of senior management has been key in this journey and the links we can make to our employee value proposition (EVP) will be crucial to our success.
