We’re delighted to have Nuala Murphy visit IQ-EQ Belfast this week to meet our leadership team and hand over the Bronze Mark for our continued commitment to gender diversity.
IQ-EQ Belfast were delighted to welcome Nuala Murphy to the office to present the Bronze Diversity Mark. This is our 3rd year partnering with Diversity Mark Northern Ireland with our primary focus being on gender. At the start of our journey in 2020, we set targets around what we wanted to achieve with gender representation at senior levels in our team as well as initiatives, training and activities we could undertake to drive inclusion. Reflecting on the last 3 years and seeing the data, we are so proud of the results which speak for themselves. Now, its time to look ahead as we begin planning for the Silver award with a new focus on creating a workplace which is more ethnically diverse and more disability aware. Having the support of senior management has been key in this journey and the links we can make to our EVP and purpose will be crucial in our success.
