IQ EQ Fund Management (Ireland) Limited is an established Super ManCo. We provide management company and investment management services to third-party funds with assets under management in excess of € 29.2bn*.

Our suite of solutions enables global asset managers to launch and manage UCITS funds as quickly and efficiently as possible. We provide comprehensive guidance on fund structuring, taking into account regulatory requirements, trends in investors’ preferences, share class structuring, prevailing industry best practice, costs and speed to market.

We believe it is essential to discuss an asset manager’s objectives and requirements at the outset to establish the optimum model that will best suit those aspirations and ensure the fund is set up for long-term success. We manage standalone, proprietary fund structures and our UCITS hosted fund platform Skyline Umbrella Fund ICAV.

Fund Oversight

Our Management Company services incorporate a robust governance and oversight model for funds to monitor compliance with constantly evolving regulations. Our dedicated supervision of delegates team operates a comprehensive programme of due diligence on appointed service providers to the funds, using in-house expertise combined with a state-of-the-art workflow tool that maintains a complete audit trail.

We recognise that asset managers may require support to distribute their UCITS funds so our team of specialists can help facilitate fund distribution into target markets. We often work closely with an appointed distributor, providing guidance on target market requirements and the management of fund registration.

Our local substance in Ireland is provided by an experienced team of 70 professionals with expertise across asset classes as well as investment management, treasury, fund & operational risk, fund distribution, operations, product development and legal & compliance. As required, we have access to the global depth and breadth of expertise across IQ-EQ Group, which lets us tap into local market or regional-specific expertise and trends.
