Raising a complaint

At IQ-EQ, we’re committed to maintaining the highest levels of legal and ethical standards and this is taken seriously across all areas of our business. If you’d like to raise a concern, be assured we’ll work with you to address it.

Client complaints

We always aim to provide high standards to our clients, however there may be instances where things go wrong. In the first instance, if you wish to raise a concern, we’d encourage you to contact your IQ-EQ relationship lead. Our teams are available to help and will make every effort to resolve your concern as quickly as possible.

All complaints submitted will be thoroughly investigated by a suitable IQ-EQ employee and resolved accordingly. All complaints received will be acknowledged within 5 business days of receipt. A final response will be issued when the investigation is complete.

Some IQ-EQ jurisdictions may be subject to more stringent local regulation or compliance policies. Please refer to our complaint handling procedures below:
