On 9 September, almost a thousand of our colleagues and their families from the Philippines spent a fun Saturday at Enchanted Kingdom. This wasn’t just an opportunity to have fun with friends and families; it was also an opportunity to make a positive impact on our communities as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
The day started with games accompanied by the fiery performances from Enchanted Kingdom’s dancers and some brave colleagues. Apart from the on-the-spot prizes, 32 raffle winners were also drawn – each winning cash prizes.

Prior to our Enchanted Family Day, our PH CSR Committee, with the support of the entire IQ-EQ Philippines team, has been raising funds for our partner communities – Project PEARLS, a non-profit and non-government organisation that helps children and families in poor communities have a better life, and Life Haven Center for Independent Living Inc., a non-profit organisation for and by persons with disabilities, which focuses on empowering persons with disabilities of all ages.
We put the FUN in fundraising!
To bolster our support for our partner communities, the PH CSR Committee hosted FUN Fridays in the weeks leading to our Enchanted Family Day.
Raffle for the People
Tickets for the raffle drawn during the Enchanted Family Day were sold weeks prior.
Mystery Memos
Employees now can send anonymous messages to their work besties, office crushes, team members, or colleagues they appreciate through the PH CSR Committee.
Harmonies for Hope
An online concert was held where volunteers showcased their wonderful voices.
It’s Bingo Time
Online Bingo games were held where employees took a break and played bingo.
Flaunt the Flair
Various CSR merch is available for sale!
You’ll find that some employees also wore their merch during the Enchanted Family Day.
All funds raised from these activities will go to our partner communities. To date, a total of ₱180,000+ has been raised and rising!

Our CSR initiatives will go beyond the Enchanted Family Day. As we believe in a culture that values authenticity, boldness, and collaboration, we will continue to work together in making an impact and create possibilities not only for our employees, but our communities too.
