The team in Mauritius teamed up with EDITH and Blood Bank Mauritius to host their annual blood donation event in July.
This event not only showcased the power of collective efforts in addressing health challenges, but also served as a platform to sensitise the public about the importance of blood donation.
By hosting the event at EDITH, a venue close-by our office, the Mauritius team ensured easy access and increased public visibility, encouraging more people to donate blood.
A total of 100 pints of blood were collected during the event, with our Mauritius team eager to participate. The event drew an impressive turnout, with over 130 people showing up to support the cause. It was great to see many first-time donors too!
