The year 2023 marks a major milestone for IQ-EQ – our 70th anniversary in Luxembourg!
Throughout these past 70 years, our business has transformed, growing from a successful local player in Luxembourg to the leading global business we are today.
Luxembourg has been a hugely supportive force in our growth. Not only is it Europe’s premier investment fund centre (and the second largest in the world), offering significant flexibility around fund structure, it’s also a point of stability in Europe in terms of both governance and regulation.
Our strong Luxembourg roots, supported by the well-articulated vision and strategy of our founders and leadership team, have enabled us to branch out and become a truly global player present in 25 jurisdictions worldwide.
We’ve chosen November as our celebration month and have lots planned to recognise our ‘platinum jubilee’, including special events for our clients and our people.
On 14 November, we celebrated with 300 invited guests at Cercle Cité in Luxembourg, where clients and partners heard from Regional CEO Diana Senanayake, Group CEO Mark Pesco, Chairman (and co-founder) Serge Krancenblum, plus special guests Yuriko Backes, Luxembourg’s Minister for Finance, and Claude Marx, Director General of the CSSF, as we shone the spotlight on our incredible past and exciting future in Luxembourg.

Whether I look back or forward, what I see is that our employees are at the heart of everything we do, and this is something on which we want to focus even more in the future – being more inclusive, more flexible, more sustainable. Ours is a people story born in Luxembourg, with many more exciting chapters to come.”
