As this client’s administrator, we produce quarterly accounts and track all cash flows within our core general ledger system. Our team maintains relationships with each property manager in the portfolio, working with them on a quarterly basis to receive individual property level data, including tenancy and lease information.
This information is then reviewed, consolidated and visualised in IQ-EQ Cosmos, allowing the asset manager access to all investment information within one secure platform. The dashboards are exported by the client for their quarterly report to investors, improving transparency and communication across investments.
