Our client, two international developers, wanted to incorporate a Swiss foundation to support their non-profit computer gaming initiative. The foundation’s vision is to reward players for their contributions with native tokens, creating a unique and collaborative gaming experience.
The developers engaged a Swiss law firm to assist with the incorporation process. However, Swiss regulations require a local address to establish a foundation, and the law firm did not offer domiciliation or accounting services. Lacking accounting expertise themselves, the developers needed additional support to meet these regulatory and operational requirements.

Additionally, IQ-EQ took responsibility for the foundation’s bookkeeping and preparation of statutory accounts. This comprehensive support allowed the client to fulfil regulatory obligations and focus on their gaming initiative.
The results
With IQ-EQ’s involvement, the foundation is now operating smoothly. All correspondence received at the Zurich address is forwarded promptly to the developers abroad, ensuring seamless communication.
