On 23 October, Breast Cancer Awareness day, both the Isle of Man and Guernsey offices made an incredible effort to raise money for two brilliant charities.
Our Isle of Man colleagues held a raffle to raise a grand total of £705 for the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group, which enhances the care and treatment of breast cancer in the Isle of Man. They were joined by the charity’s Booby Bear to thank them for their generous gift.
Over in the Channel Islands, our Guernsey offices hosted a breakfast buffet. The CHESS (Charity, Health, Environment, Sports and social) committee very kindly offered to fund the purchase of the breakfast, which was lovingly prepared by volunteers from both offices. All proceeds raised went to support the work of Breast Cancer Now. As you can see from the photos, both offices celebrated the day by wearing anything and everything pink to get heads turning! Don’t they look great?
