Our IQ-EQ Philippines team marked a significant achievement in October 2023 with the launch of a new remote site in Alabang – the second remote site opened in a year, following the Cebu satellite office opening in March.
Approximately 100 employees are set to benefit from working from this new location, which will significantly reduce travel time of our employees living in the south of the Philippines.
Designed with employee wellbeing in mind, the new office boasts a range of amenities, including a huddle area, a pantry, nap areas, a yoga room, a lactation room, and a health clinic.
The opening ceremony was led by IQ-EQ Philippines’ Managing Director, Abdoulie Jallow with closing remarks delivered by the Head of Human Resources, Erwin Ekong. The celebrations then concluded with a team dinner.
