Plans are now in place for IQ-EQ’s Guernsey business to move premises, bringing the full Guernsey team under one (brand new) roof for the first time. With the lease agreement signed, IQ-EQ Guernsey is set to move to the 4th Floor of what is currently known as Plaza House in Admiral Park by the end of Q2 2024.
Admiral Park is Guernsey’s premier location for large offices, with a number of financial services institutions already in situ. IQ-EQ’s new premises represents phase two of the Admiral Park development and will be the first BREEAM rated building in the island, further strengthening the Group’s commitment to ESG and sustainable office spaces.
Currently, IQ-EQ Guernsey is spread across two offices in St Peter Port and St Martin owing to our fast-paced growth and the coming together of different legacy businesses to make IQ-EQ what it is today. With a single floorplate of 11,550 sq. ft, the new office will unite all of our Guernsey colleagues in the same space with room to expand.
Greg Kok, Managing Director of IQ-EQ Guernsey, said:
“We’re all very excited to be moving to Admiral Park and to be bringing our complete Guernsey team together for the very first time. Although 2024 seems a long way off, it’ll be here before we know it and we’re already busy making preparations for the big move.
“The quality of the new office premises – the best in Guernsey – is reflective of the type of business we are. The BREEAM certification will help to ensure we are doing our part for the environment and that the location remains suitable for many years to come, while the space gives us the flexibility to plan our working environment to meet the needs of our evolving team and business.”
