Our Guernsey offices have moved into Plaza House in Admiral Park, bringing the full Guernsey team under one roof for the first time.
IQ– EQ Guernsey’s premises at Plaza House, Admiral Park, the first BREEAM rated building on the island, further strengthens the Group’s commitment to ESG and sustainable office spaces. This move will mark our second new sustainable office space, with the first being our Dublin office move to 76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, a LEED Gold-certified office space in 2022.
Previously, our Guernsey team were split across two offices in St Peter Port and St Martin. With a single floorplate of 11,550 sq. ft, the new office will unite all our Guernsey colleagues in the same space with room to accommodate our expanding business.
