Tanuja Adiani is a Managing Director in our U.S. team with 20+ years of progressive accomplishments as an auditor, fund accountant, product owner, subject-matter expert and business development professional. Tanuja’s experience started at a ‘Big 4’ public accounting firm, continued at a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm, and then at an industry-leading global asset management firm. As part of IQ-EQ, she leads new business initiatives, including launching a new product line, pursuing new engagements related to portfolio management, alternative investment funds, complex consolidations, GP operations and investment reporting. Aligning strategy with vision, Tanuja partners with investment managers and asset owners across multiple asset classes and investment strategies to set them up for success.
