Yishan Lee is Managing Director of Regulatory Compliance in APAC, with close to 20 years’ experience in the asset management industry. Prior to founding Singaporean regulatory compliance provider Lymon, which was acquired by IQ-EQ in 2023, Yishan worked in the Investment Intermediaries Department of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), supervising fund managers and trust companies. Before that, she was with the Morgan Stanley group of companies, where she assisted with the set-up of their Asia private bank branches in Singapore and Hong Kong, and with PwC (Singapore and Australia), specialising in audit and advisory for funds and fund management companies.
