Cayman Finance recently announced the launch of a new graduate training programme, an initiative that empowers Caymanian university graduates seeking careers in the financial services industry.
The programme bridges the gap between academic achievement and career opportunities by pairing graduates with small and medium-sized Cayman Finance member firms. Through professional and personal development workshops, mentorship opportunities and ongoing support, this initiative opens new doors for many Caymanians entering the workforce.
